I’m disappointed with this order. It took longer to arrive than I expected, and when it finally showed up, it just didn’t match what I thought I was paying for. The photos and description made it seem a lot nicer than what I actually got, so it kind of gave me that bait-and-switch feeling. For the price, it really didn’t feel worth it, and I don’t think I’d order from here again.

The box showed up crushed and messy, like it had been tossed around a lot. The corners were smashed in, the sides were bent, and the whole thing just looked sloppy when it got to my door. It reminded me of packages that get shoved under heavier boxes, dragged around, or dropped a few times during shipping. Not the best first impression.

The product itself looks really nice, so I was happy with that part :) But getting help was kind of frustrating. I emailed customer service and it took a few days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really answer my question :/ I had to follow up again, which was annoying. Not the worst experience ever, but for the price, I expected the support to be quicker and clearer.

I ordered my usual size, but it didn’t fit right at all. Based on this one, I’d say the sizing runs off, so I’d be careful before ordering.

This was a bad first impression. I tried to exchange my order, but I never got a real response and basically felt ignored. Now I’m still waiting on a refund, which just makes the whole experience even more frustrating.

I picked up a belt from Smathers & Branson the quality is really impressive. The stitching is clean, it feels sturdy, and it definitely seems like something that’ll hold up for a long time. I get that it’s more of a special piece and not some cheap everyday belt, so paying more makes sense to a point. That said, I do think brands should be a little more fair about pricing, especially when shipping is also expensive. Overall I’m happy with the purchase, but I’d feel better about it if they offered more deals or eased up on the shipping costs.

I ordered a set of initials and ended up getting completely different ones. Annoying, honestly. What made it worse was that there didn’t seem to be any real person to contact about it, just automated stuff, so it felt like I was stuck dealing with the mistake on my own.

I was a little bummed when it arrived. From a distance the needlepoint looked fine, like not bad at all, but once I actually had it in my hands the fabric just felt rough and kind of flimsy.

I was actually interested in buying something because the idea is really nice, but once I started looking through the designs, the selection felt a little limited to me. A lot of the patterns kind of had the same overall look or vibe, so after a while it felt like I was seeing slightly different versions of the same thing. I’m probably a bit picky about style, but I just didn’t find many options that felt like something I’d personally choose or wear/use regularly. It’s not that the designs are bad at all, I just wish there was more variety, maybe different colors, patterns, or styles so more people could find something that really fits them.

The site looks really nice and has a clean, professional feel, but the pages were loading a bit slow for me. Checkout also felt kind of clunky, and I had to tap back a few times just to figure out where my cart was. Overall, it’s a good-looking site, but the navigation could definitely be more user-friendly.

So... I ordered this from smathersandbranson.com and the fit was off. It felt tight in some weird places but loose in others, which made it hard to wear for more than a little while. The material was also stiffer than I expected and not very comfortable. I tried giving it some time to break in, but it still bothered me. For the price, I was disappointed.

I placed my order and then basically heard nothing. I kept having to ask where it was, which got annoying after a while. Like, I get that delays happen, fine, whatever—but not getting updates unless I reached out was frustrating.

I liked the personalization options and everything worked fine, but I was hoping for more preview features or at least a few more font choices. For the price, it just felt a bit basic to me. That’s about it.

I was disappointed because every time I went to buy something I actually wanted, it was out of stock. What made it more frustrating was that staff kept blaming store policy or inventory rules instead of offering any real help or alternatives. It just felt like a runaround after a while

It looks good and I’m happy with the overall quality, but the delivery took way too long. For me, that really takes away from the experience, and I’m not sure it was worth the wait.

I mean, it was totally fine, I’m not upset or anything, but it all felt like the same preppy stuff you see everywhere. I kept waiting for something to stand out, and it just never really did.
